To request a memo/sample or to place an order, qualified customers, those with open/active accounts with Douglass Industries, are required to enter their account number.

Various registration forms require users to give us contact information, including name, address, company name, customer’s Douglass account number, and e-mail address. As part of this process, each user account has a unique password, which can be changed at any time. Once registered, multiple users from your company will have access. Additionally, when purchasing products, we may collect financial information, including credit card information, at our physical location.

We also use your Internet Protocol ("IP") address to help diagnose any problems with our server and to monitor and administer our Web sites.

We welcome individuals who do not have accounts to visit our Web sites.
