Tolstoy, one of the favored Writer’s Block patterns, has been completely re-engineered to a solvent-free construction. The benefits of this change over to Tolstoy II not only helps lower the cost, it also cuts the energy and water consumption used during production, to almost half of what the original version required.

The performance qualities of Tolstoy II (a polycarbonate polyurethane) are equal to or carry a higher rating than the first introduction. The ink and denim dye transfer resistance remain superior. Hydrolysis test results have been increased from the original 7 weeks to 10 weeks in the new version. Tolstoy II has a softer, more pliable hand supported by the loftier polyester backing.

The addition of 18 new colors will complement the 10 best sellers in the updated version of Tolstoy II. The beauty of the mini fractal crackling effect remains identical to the original design.

Tolstoy II is PFAS free, Prop 65 and AB 2998 compliant.
